Recently I made this wallhanging on an art residency in Barcelona where I explored the power of what we give attention to. What we choose to focus on and how we respond to what we may receive seems to shape us. As someone who struggles to slow down and enter silence, the process of making this artwork was both a discipline and centring experience.
